During the year ended March 31, 2026, the Fund incurred $17,613,095 in investment management fees. The Adviser's own investment-consultant agreements with Aksia CA, LLC and Apogem Capital, LLC are paid by the Adviser out of its own resources -- not an additional fund-level charge (the prior pass's cache hit for the 0.375% Apogem fee was this sub-fee, not the fund-level rate).
